Lee Bowden has released a Freeze Fix Patch (v0.6) that we would like to test with you online. If you do not have time to test online with us, you can also test offline.

We have chosen Mallory park because it is on our blacklist for freezes so this will be a good test for the freeze patch.

FPS: 36 FPS (remember to disable 60 FPS in GEM+ before joining)

I like Mallory Park and wanted to have it in the F2 champ' for some time, but it was knowingly unstable online

Juste pour clarifier ......Ce n'était PAS un test pour réparer seulement Mallory.

Le patch freeze est appliqué au mod et empêche les freezes sur toutes les pistes.

Les serveurs doivent également être patchés pour éviter les crashs de serveurs.


Just to clarify......This was NOT a test to fix just Mallory.

The freeze patch is applied to the mod and prevents freezes at all tracks.

Servers should also be patched to avoid server crash.

J'ai installé le "77K Track Gap Freeze Fix v.09.XML" dans le dossier GPLSecrets/Gem+/Options.

Une fois installé, le correctif apparaîtra dans votre fenêtre d'options Gem+ comme n'importe quel autre patch.
Vous pouvez l'utiliser sur tous les mods.
Il fonctionne à 36 et 60 fps

J'ai le patch actif pour tous mes mods installés.


I installed the "77K Track Gap Freeze Fix v.09.XML" to GPLSecrets/Gem+/Options folder.

Once installed the fix will appear in your Gem+ options window just like any other patch.
You can use it on all mods.
It works at 36 and 60 fps

I have the patch active for all my installed mods.

Yes Jeiffe you should try again tracks that used to freeze online ( or offline ) with the freeze fix installed.

We tested Mallory for that reason. Previously we had had mass freezes online, but with the fix not a single freeze.

It seems like a magic bullet right now. Only time will tell if it is actually that good.

JF, tu compte l'installer sur le serveur, on doit l'installer aussi?

GPLRACER have patched the servers. I think most other leagues are doing the same.

It should help to eliminate mass freezes and server crashes.

Et pour l'été, on peut tester quelques pistes dont on sait qu'elles freezent (et qu'on aime bien ): Jéhonville, Vila do Conde, les VG...
